Printing
The screen
consists of two frames or sections. The top one consists of heading, buttons
and links. The main section is below it. Normally you would want to print the
contents of the main section. There are 3 methods to do this when using
Internet Explorer
(1)Click
anywhere in the main section, them press File, Print, OK. If you forget to
click in the main section you are likely to print the top part as usually this
is where you clicked last.
(2)Right
click anywhere in the main section then select print from the context menu which is
displayed when you right click. Again, if you right click in the top part then
select print, you are liable to print the top part instead of the main part.
(3)Select/highlight
the text you want to print, them press File, Print.
Then mark the selection option, then press OK. This is
more useful if you want to print only part of the text, e.g. details of one
lecture.
